ACRE, SURE and Farm Bill Analysis

Carl Zulauf, Ohio State University Professor of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics, has released a series of papers to explain ACRE, SURE, and their role in the new farm bill. I have summarized the papers and links here:

Understanding ACRE: Its Revenue Guarantee – An important component of ACRE (Average Crop Revenue Program) is its state revenue target. This one-page article discusses the formula used to calculate the state revenue target.
